One of the things I love the most about an outdoor family photoshoot, is to witness and capture the authenticity of families I get to document. What makes your family special, the bond, love and connection you all share. These are the things I’m looking for, these are the best memories to hold on to.
This sweet family of 5 just welcomed their baby boy a few weeks ago, and we captured genuine and beautiful family moments outside, where you can see the admiration the girls have for their little brother.

I can’t say enough good things about taking outdoor photos with your newborn. Usually, these sessions are done at home (click here to see one), but outdoor newborn sessions have a different feeling. Adding accessories like a straw tote bag with some lavender will set the overall mood to your outdoor session. That fresh, summer feel like is what we were looking for.
Mom wore a dress from my Client Closet, and the girls had fun taking turn on “who’s gonna kiss the baby next” (did I already mention how obsessed they were with their baby brother? Cutest thing ever!).
Booking a family session with me means spending some quality time with your favorite people while I capture and freeze these moments into memories for you, to cherish forever. It’s more than just a pretty picture of everyone looking at the camera, smiling. Yes, I still get that photo anyway, but when looking at your images, it should trigger a feeling, an emotion. You get those by enjoying your time together, without necessarily looking at the camera.
